I was reading the news about Previti and Sars (both big problems for the humanity)! I have found this news about a famous Intel developer that was arrested for terrorism! Thank to the new american law to "stop" the terrorism!! incredible!!

In questa prima parte di maggio, tanto e' accaduto..
Il 2 di maggio ho fatto lo scrutinatore alle elezioni del Parlamento scozzese.
Ho lavorato dalle 9 di sera del primo di maggio fino alle 7 di mattina del 2! devo dire che la paga nn era niente male! mi sono portato a casa + o - 300mila lire!
Qui le elezioni avvengono in modo completamente differente da come e' in italia e la prassi di spoglio e' altrettanto differente.
..al momento nn ho volgia di raccontare in dettaglio come avvengono le elezioni, ma come avviene lo spoglio e' veramente original! ..eravamo in 300 in un mega padiglione della fiera di Aberdeen e spogliavamo tutti insieme! (: ..ognuno con un suo compito: chi contava, chi divideva, chi riammuchiava, chi ricontava... sembrava la fabbrica di Babbo Natale con i folletti operai!
...anyway, alla fine hanno vinto i Labours, quelli del buon vecchio Tony per intenderci, anche se hanno perso punti rispetto alla scorsa elezione (questa e' la seconda volta che il popolo scozzese va alle urne per eleggere il suo parlamento); hanno fato bene i "green" e non male l' Ssp ..scottish socialist party! Dopo i Labours si sono piazzati gli indipendentisti dell'Snp (Scotish nationalist party) e poi a ruota liberaldemocratici e conservatori (i figli della tanto amata Thatcher, guerrafondaia ispiratice del pensiero liberale (liberale?) di zio berlusconi e di nonno pinochet [http://www.margaretthatcher.com/])
Oltre quello che riguarda elezioni e politica, qui la vita internazionale dell'erasmus va sempre avanti! Ieri sera e la sera prima abbiamo fatto 2 beach party con fuoco e tutto il resto..
il realta' il primo nn era assolutamente in programma, all'inizio serata c'e' stato il party per il compleanno di Marzia, dopodiche', e' girata voce di anadre in spiaggia e cosi' abbiamo fatto... per fortuna!!! anche se nessuno mi crede, ho visto una debole (ma reale) northernlight (ipse aurora boreale)!! ok, non era quella delle fotografie, con tutto il cielo colorato, era molto debole, ma l'ho vista! ..dopodiche', poco prima dell'alba (fantastica) abbiamo assistito alla morte di una stela, che caduta da chissa' dove nello spazio, si e' disintegrata solo a poca altezza da terra! era grande e tutta verde, con una coda infuocata; sembrava giusto li a portata di mano; e' sparita poco piu' in alto della linea del mare.
Ieri sera invece abbiamo fatto il "LittleEurope - Database - Beach Party" eravamo proprio in tanti ma purtroppo il cielo a regalato meno emozioni!!
Tra party, elezioni e lezioni e impegni di vario genere, trovo anche il tempo per lavorare ai miei progetti! ..e quindi imma a lavorare!

i'm very tired! i didn't sleep lastnight not because i spent a funny night but just for the cough!!! This morning, my flatmates were very angry with me! Italian medicines, Scottish medicines, French medicines did't do nothing!!

Il primo post, in questo Diario/Blog, sul mio Erasmus e' datato 21 Settembre 2002!
Sono passati quasi 9 mesi dal giorno che mi sono imbarcato sull'aereo British AirWays con il quale ho lasciato Verona, ho lasciato la vita monotona e frustrante della facolta' di Rovereto per arrivare ad Aberdeen (scalo Londra), ridente (non troppo) cittadina della costa occidentale della Scozia, capoluogo della contea dell'Aberdeenshire, sede di due Universita': Aberdeen University (la mia) e Robert Gordon University.
Sono rimasto sulle terre delle Highlands per tutti questi mesi, aparte una venuta in Italia di 2 settimane; doverosa per il Natale.
Oggi, inizia ufficliamente il conto alla rovescia, 13 Giugno ore 9.00 Pippo (it-au), Ponza (au), Claudio (it), Paolo (it), Federico (it), Nolle (D), Stef (D) and my self monteremo su 3 macchine, un LandRover bianco (stile militare) targato Venezia, un furgoncino arancione Wolswagen stile Hippy targato Bolzano e una Polo verde con targa Germanica alla volta di Dover con fermate Durahm, Liverpool e Londra! Da Dover il ferry (15 pound a testa) ci trascinera' esausti fino a Calais (Francia) da dove ci sposteremo in Olanda/Germania, luoghi che esploreremo per 4/5 giorni.
Alla fine, puzzolenti , felice di tornare a casa e tristi di andare via, faremo ultima tappa a Brunico, li ognuno in ordine sparso prendere i bagali di un anno, strapieni di ricordi, e li aprira' alle proprie case!
Allora, ognuno nel silenzio della sua camera, con il sole tanto sperato da queste parti, si rendera' conto che un capitolo della propria vita e' stato chiuso, ma sara' un capitolo che varra' la pena di rileggere tante volte durante il resto della propria storia, sara' un capitolo da cui trarre ispirazione per il proprio futuro.
Con le esperienza, i momenti facili e difficili, le amicizie, gli amori, le delusioni e tutto quello che l'Erasmus di un anno ad Aberdeen, in HillHead, ci ha fatto vivere!
The first post of this diary about my Erasmus Life was posted the 21th of September!
It's passed almost 9 months from the day when I took off from Verona leaving it and the boring life in my Trento/Roverto University with a British Airways airplan. Destination Aberdeen, laughing (not too much) city of the Scottish WestCoast, University center, with the Aberdeen University and the Robert Gordon Uiversity!
Today is starting the count down, the 13th of June, me with Pippo, Ponza, Claudio, Paolo, Fede, Stef and Nolle are gonna leave this place, with 3 cars, destination Dover, with stops in Durham, Liverpool and London, in Dover the ferry will move us in Calais (France) and from there we will spend few days around German and Holland!
At the end, smelling and stinking, happy to go home, sad to leave all behind, we will do the last stop in Brunico where everybody will take the own road to go, finaly, at home, with the baggages full of memories!
At that time, everybody, in silence of the own room, with the sun (a lot hoped) shining out of the window, will realize that one chapter of own life is closed.
With the experiences, the easier and difficult moments, the friendships, the loves, the delusions and all that one year of Erasmus in Aberdeen, HillHead, left us to live.

This morning i receivd this email from my department:

I require you to attend for an interview on Tuesday 10th June at 2.30pm to discuss your examination, about which there are some concerns. You may wish to be accompanied at the interview by a second person of your choice.

tomorrow i have my last exam! Human computer interaction!!! ..the problem is that i'm doing everything except studying!!
Only today i've discovered that there is a webcam in one computer of the cs department and i'm taking a lot of pictures!!

ok, today is the 12yh of june!!!!
tomorrow my Erasmus should be over .. but .. it won't be!
..ok, my Erasmus is already over, the mood is under the ground but now the problem is that we don't have any more the car to go back at home!!!!
the Spili of Pippo is now in Edinburgh, in a Garage without the engineering!! it's gone! so we have to stay here for other day looking for any other solution!!
Except this problem, here the environment is getting sad!! ..almost everybody is already left and they are now at home!! is over, fuck is over!!!
..ahh, by the way, tomorrow i'm gona cut my hair at 0, so this is like i'm now, but like i won't be tomorrow!

Oggi e' un giorno un po' del cazzo, saremmo dovuti partire questa mattina ma invece siamo ancora qui!! La macchina sembra sara' pronta per lunedi'!! noi (le altre 2 macchine), cmq, partiamo domani!!
Intanto qualche minuto fa e' partita Elodie, che situazione del pinchiolo (giusto per non darmi alle ripetizioni)!!
We should be somewhere in England now!! ..we are here in front of the computer checking mail!! ..the departure should be tomorrow morning very early! ..here is everythingh very sad!! Few minutes ago Elodie left, the last words: "keep in touch"! ..!
